5 or more years of experience working in R&D, product development, or innovation at food or ingredient company preferred Experience in successfully commercializing products and being a technical liaison between sales, QA, and operations Strong understanding of food systems, ingredients, and processing interactions Education Required:
BS in Food Science (or comparable field of expertise) with at least 4 years of relevant work experience or; MS in Food Science (or comparable field of expertise) with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
