Responsibilities:
Team Management & Production Workflow:
Manage and lead a team of production workers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met Production Operation Management:
Execute the production plan, managing purchase orders, shipping, receiving, and planting the crop.
Proactively plan and monitor workflow to provide for the most efficient operations to ensure the highest possible quality and yield of the crop and grading of the crops Budgeting:
Develop and manage to an operational budget Requirements:
Farm Manager experience in row crop production Experience managing a team Highly Preferred:
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Preferred:
Degree in an agricultural or horticultural field Preferred:
