Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team.
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, conducting data analysis, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make informed inventory decisions - Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials - Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes - Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast demand and plan inventory levels - Handle materials in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols - Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records - Assist in the development of reports and presentations related to inventory management Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to mine and interpret large datasets - Proficiency in financial modeling techniques for forecasting and budgeting purposes - Excellent negotiation skills for working with suppliers and securing favorable contracts - Knowledge of retail management principles and practices - Experience in sourcing materials from multiple vendors - Familiarity with materials management systems and software applications - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for inventory management, we would love to hear from you.
